When I was interested in a type of quartz that they did not carry, they were willing to make a special order for me. The best part was the Granite Countertop Pro crew handled both the preparation the area and the plumbing required for the installation. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

It was great working with Lorenzo and his team. We picked out the MSI quartz when our house just began the renovation process so we did not know exactly when would be a good time to install the countertop. Lorenzo and Alex were very patient and worked with us storing the countertop until we were ready for installation weeks later. They quickly worked with us on the schedule and the install went very smoothly. They also helped us modify the thick slab piece for the window quickly. Overall, I highly recommend Granite CountertopPro.

Had previously used Granite CountertopPro before for our outdoor kitchen and they had done a nice job. Unfortunately, my most recent project for a fireplace surround with them didn’t go so well. The guy who templated didn’t do a proper template and he didn’t account for some trim at the bottom. So they had to tear out the trim to get the bottom piece in. Secondly, the height of the bottom piece was too high, making the cover of the fireplace difficult to put back on. I had told the measuring guy to leave enough space for that when he templated but he didn’t do a good job. To fix this without telling me their mistake, the guys bent the metal of the fireplace cover to make the cover fit, which ended up stripping the screws of the holder that held the cover in place. I had to spend 2 hours finding makeshift screws to fix the damage, so the heavy cover was safe and wouldn’t fall off on a child or unsuspecting guest. The fact that they damaged my fireplace cover to make up for the poor measuring was highly unethical. Thankfully, it looks ok. We will see if there are long term issues.

Honestly, I’m very disappointed in their work on this and will not use them again. Now I have to call a carpenter and painter again to fix the trim work.

I told the owner all this. He ignored me and never responded with even an apology.

Granite Countertop Pro had the slab I liked in stock. Wow Quick turn around. Made my selection on a Monday and it was installed on Wednesday. Lorenzo was very helpful and the whole crew professional. Highly recommend.

This company was nothing but professional and very fast turnover time from time of counter template to installation...I was quoted 5 days & I had it installed in less than 48 hours...their installers were quick & left no mess at jobsite. Their cabinet line is top of the line as well..no issues no cracks in cabinetry. Victor and his crew was very accommodating with any issues that came up during project...will highly recommend for anything countertop or cabinetry

We stopped at Granite CountertopPro one Saturday to shop for a new Kitchen countertop. We met Lorenzo and he showed us the inventory of selections that my wife was interested in. We ended up making a selection and purchasing the countertop that day. Two days later, Mario stopped by to take the template measurements. Within a week we had an install scheduled. Mario (and I forget the other gentleman's name) came in and installed the new Quartz countertop and did a fantastic job. We are over the top pleased with the entire experience with CountertopPro. Would highly recommend them.
